Refund Policy

Trace Sentinel sells analysis credits that are consumed immediately upon use. Because credits are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are limited by design — not by indifference.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure. Credits were deducted but the analysis could not be completed due to a fault on our side that we could not resolve.
  • Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same credit purchase.
  • Billing error. A charge was made in error.

When Refunds Won't Be Issued

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Credits were successfully delivered and used.
  • You purchased credits and chose not to use them.
  • The verdict did not meet your expectations.
  • The request is submitted more than 7 days after the charge date.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Contact us at support@arcforgelabs.com and include:

  • the email address used at checkout
  • the approximate date of the transaction
  • a brief description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or a pattern of refund requests following normal credit delivery.
