By accessing or using Trace Sentinel you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

Trace Sentinel provides deterministic analysis of text messages, URLs, screenshots, and files to identify scam and phishing patterns. The service applies rule-based signal detection to produce a verdict, a plain-language explanation, and recommended actions. No large language models or external analysis APIs are used in the detection pipeline. Same input produces the same output.

Authorised Use

By submitting content for analysis you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to submit that content for analysis, or
  • you have permission from the relevant parties to do so.

You agree not to submit content you are not authorized to analyze.

Informational Use Only

Results produced by this service are informational in nature and reflect signals observable at the time of analysis. The service does not guarantee:

  • detection of every scam, phishing attempt, or malicious content
  • the absence of false positives or false negatives
  • the completeness or accuracy of findings in all cases.

Do not rely solely on this service as a substitute for professional security judgement.

Credits

Purchased credits are consumed per analysis and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire within a reasonable use period. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash. See the Refund Policy for credit purchase refund eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall the service provider be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • unauthorised use of the service
  • submission of content without proper authorisation
  • misuse of results produced by the service.

Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
